THE RETROGRADE ISSUE

JAN/FEB 2022 NEWSLETTER

As 2022 was welcomed with Mercury in retrograde between January 17 and February 3, you might have found yourself thrown into some tumultuous tides right as you were able to find some solace after holiday chaos and fresh Omicron anxiety.

For those of us who are not as cosmically aware as the Young Huh team is as we obsess over the moon’s whereabouts and how our astrological signs might interact with one another, let’s give you a rundown. When Mercury is in retrograde, it refers to the planet of Mercury appearing to move in the opposite direction of Earth, thus causing some hectic cosmic energy to influence our day-to-day lives and relationships.

Amidst the chaos, YHID has rooted ourselves in our projects, passions, and in curating our new office space so that our new home can exhibit the same
je ne sais quoi that the Young Huh design philosophy is built upon. This newsletter hopes to bid adieu to Mercury in retrograde by reconnecting with our friends, clients, and business partners in the new year.

We have had a rewarding beginning to the year as we returned to beloved projects and were involved in some inspiring features, but most of all, we are excited to announce that we have welcomed our new Design Assistant Emeryann Hare to not only the YHID office, but also NYC! We are very lucky to have Emeryann join our design team, and the Young Huh team at large cannot wait to see what lies ahead for this year.
